Flat bread
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Add shortening (oil). Mix into dry ingredients until small crumbs form.
3. Add water & mix until it comes together. Cool in fridge for 10 minutes.
4. Turn out on floured board & knead until smooth & elastic.
5. Divide into 24 pieces & roll into balls.
6. Roll out with floured rolling pin.
7. Cook on medium heat in cast iron skillet. Turn when bubbles from.
