This pasta dish will remind you of a carbonara dish.
Cook pasta in boiling salted water until they are done. Meanwhile in a large saucepan, combine cream, butter, ham and peas; heat to met butter. Stir in cooked noodles. Cook about five minutes, until the noodles are well coated. Stir in cheese and egg yolks, cook until sauce has thickened.
This is a a lot of food for two people. If you are serving it as the pasta dish to an Italian dinner, this will easily serve four people.
