Cut broccoli into florets. Steam 5 min.; drain. Core & wash watercress & lettuces. Shake off excess moisture & tear into bite-size pieces. Place in individual salad bowls. Arrange the broccoli, tomatoes, & mushrooms over the leaves and toss with the dressing.
