1. Boil chicken breast (for 10-15 minutes) with a little bit of olive oil (1 teaspoon), salt. Once is boiled, let it chill and shred it (or cut it in very small pieces).
2. On tortilla, spread the beans, add chicken breast, cheddar cheese, the tomatoes (with olive oil and salt) and any other topping you love.
I recomand to serve immediate as tortilla is crunchy. If you keep the topings for too long, the tortilla will be moist and for sure, not the same taste.
