1. Cook Tater Tots per directions.
2. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Layer cooked potatoes with cheese in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
3. Top the nuggets with the chorizo, salsa and jalapeños. Drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle with onion and cilantro.
