1. Chop celery, including leaves. Peal and chop the onion
2. Melt butter in dutch oven over med heat. Cook the celery and onion inbutter 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until celery is tender whenpierced with fork. Remove dutch oven from heat.
3. Gently toss the celery mixture with bread cubes, and remainingingredients
4. Spoon stuffing into Turkey.
