In a large microwave-safe bowl, MELT choco-chips on HIGH for 1 mins. STIR & heat an add'l 30 seconds at high or til melted.
Stir in peanut butter & peanuts.
Gently stir cereal into chocolate-peanut butter mixture, til well coated.
Place powdered sugar in a 2-gallon storage bag. ADD coated cereal to sugar & close bag. Gently toos cereal mixture til well coated.
Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
