Stir til smooth.
Gradually add cereal & stir til mixed. PRESS into GREASED 9 x 13 pan.
In a large saucepan, melt butter over low-heat. ADD marshmallows & stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
ADD cereal & stir until coated.
Using a buttered spatula or waxed paper, spread into a 9 x 13 x 2 pan coated w/ cooking spray. COOL. Cut into squares.
