Mix together milk filling together and refrigerate while cake is cooking.
When cake is done, allow to cool completely, about 20 minutes.
Mix Frosting together as cake cools. Mix well until whipped cream peaks.
When cake is completely cook, poke holes in cake top (About six holes wide and ten long, totaling about 60 holes)and then slowly fill with milk filling.
Refridgerate overnight.
