Suggest a better description1.Wash bell peppers,pat them dry ,remove the seeds and puree them in a mixer, strain through a sieve to remove the skin.You should get about 1/4 or more of the puree.
2.Wash n puree the spinach in a mixer ,will give around 1/2 cup of puree.
3.Take three bowls.To each add:
Mutigrain flour 1 cup
Olive oil. 1 tbsp
Salt. A bit less than 3/4 TSP
Milk powder. 3/4 TSP
In short, all the above ingredients to be divided equally in three bowls.
4.Take 1/2 cup lukewarm milk n water mixture n add the yeast n sugar n rest fr 10 to 15 minutes, till u get a frothy mixture.
5.In the first bowl , add 1/3rd of the bloomed yeast mixture ,mix it well n add a more of lukewarm water till you get a semi soft dough like roti.Adjust the quantity of water accordingly.Knead the dough for 10 minutes , fold it into a ball shape, apply oil in keep it in an airtight container till it doubles in size.
6. Take the second bowl, add the bell pepper puree, mix well,add 1/3 of the bloomed yeast mixture, mix well.Add lukewarm water, if required,till you get a soft dough like roti.Knead for 10 min n keep it in an airtight container after applying oil .
7.Take the third bowl n add the spinach puree n repeat the same procedure as in step 6.
8.Please see that the additional water to be added to the dough will differ depending on the consistency of the bell pepper n spinach puree.If your dough becomes very loose add little flour.
8.After about 1 hr or till the dough has doubled in volume, take the orange dough, punch out the air, knead with a light hand for 2 to 3 min only, n roll it out into a rectangle size of your loaf tin.
9.Now take the white dough n repeat the procedure as in step 8.Carefully place this rolled rectangle in the orange one.
10.Repeat the step 8 ,with the green dough n place it on the white dough.See that you have placed the rectangles exactly one over the other , pressing firmly n fixing d sides,gently press them.
11.Roll the layered rectangles into a log , seam d ends,place it in a rectangular 9x 3.5" loaf tin,the seamed part on the bottom side of the tin.Apply olive oil on the top and a sprinkle some back n white sesame seeds, watermelon seeds,oats and chia seeds.Cover with a cling film or a lid and rest till it doubles in size.Once the dough reaches the rim of the tin, remove the cling film and transfer it to a preheated oven.
12.Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 180°c.Bake at 150°c for 20 to 25 minute.
13.Carefully take the tin out of the oven and tap on the sides of your tin .If u get a hollow sound it is done.Invert the tin on a wire rack and allow it to cool.
14.Slice after it is fully cool.
15.Enjoy it with a healthy dip of your choice.
