Not sure where this recipe came from or what it is truly called, but it is a good desert that requires no baking.
-Caramel Mixture: In pan melt 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 sticks melted butter, 1/2 milk, 1 cup brown sugar (or 1 cup white sugar plus 2 tablespoon molasses), and 2 cups (1 sleeve) graham cracker crumbs. Cook 5 minutes stirring continually then add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
-In 13x9 Pan layer Keebler CLUB crackers. Then spread half caramel mixture and spread. Put 2nd layer CLUB crackers, 2nd layer of other half of caramel mixture. Top with 3rd layer CLUB crackers.
-In microwave heat 1 cup of crunchy or smooth peanut butter and 1 1/4 cup chocolate chips for about 45 seconds, stirring often. Spread Choco-PB mix on top of the 3rd layer of crackers.
-Cover and Refrigerate for two hours. Keep in fridge.
