Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Line a cake tin -28 by 18 cm.
In a bowel melt together the plain and milk chocolate, and the butter.
In a separate bowl beat together the eggs, sugar and vanilla essence.
Roughly chop up the white chocolate.
Whisk the egg mixture into the cooled chocolate mixture, then fold in the flour, salt and white chocolate pieces.
Pour the mixture into the baking tray and bake for 35-40 mins until the top is crispy and the centre is almost set.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack in the tin, then cut into squares.
