Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter, sugars, and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, and milk -- beat well. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together flour, cocoa, salt, and baking soda. Add gradually to butter mixture and blend well. Batter will be very thick. Add chocolate chips and stir with a wooden spoon. Shape dough into 1" balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for approximately 10 to 11 minutes. Cool on wire racks about 5 minutes. Gently press a Kiss into center of each cookie. Enjoy!! This is a recipe I ususally make to bring to our annual Super Bowl parties in January.
