2 1/2 sheet trays with silpat
toast pistachios for 10 min add 2 tb of butter stir to coat and set aside to cool
melt bittersweet chocolate and butter together, stir until smooth and let cool while you beat the eggs
mix flour cocoa baking pwd and salt
combine eggs and sugar, beat until light
add chocolate and vanilla
add flour mix
when almost incorporated add pistachios and milk chocolate
bake 10 to 12 minutes
