This is a dressing we use on all types of green salads for a fresh citrus flavor.
In a small bowl, mix together orange, lemon and lime juices. Stir in Vinegar.
In a slow stream, while whisking the juice mixture vigorously, drizzle the olive oil into the bowl.
Once the oil has been fully incorporated, add the parsley, salt and pepper and mix in. Transfer to a lidded jar and store in the refrigerator until ready to use. Shake to mix before dressing salad greens.
