Chopping is the worst part:)
In a heavy saucepan, cook 1chopped onion in butter until onion pieces are tender. Stir in frozen corn, creamed corn and 1/2 of the chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Meanwhile in a small saucepan combine remaining chicken broth with masa herina and bring to a boil (stir constantly). Stir chicken broth and masa herina mixture into onion mixture adding cream, bell pepper, chiles, and cumin. Let simmer for 5-8 min. stiring frequently, until blended.
