Season fish w pepper. Mix flour
W Creole spice in shallow bowl. Dredge fillets in seasoned flour.
In large skillet, melt 4 T butter over med. Add fish & cook until Brown, about 3 mins per side. Put on plate. Add 4 T butter to skillet over med heat so it melts & gets a Brown hue. Reduce heat to med add almonds & cook about 2mins.
Add lemon juice, parsley &salt. Spoon budget& almonds over fish.
