Suggest a better descriptionTrout: mix lemon juice, half of the garlic, and 3 tsp of olive oil. Pour over trout and marinate for several minutes. Pre-heat and bake at 350* for 15 to 20 minutes.
Chard: Steam for two minutes. Heat oil in frying pan and sauté half of the onions and remaining garlic. Add chard and cook about two more minutes.
Quinoa: in a medium pan, heat oil and sauté remaining onions and garlic. Add quinoa and broth tp pan, bring to boil, then simmer. Cook for 12-15 minutes. Stir in oranges, almonds, parsley, and S&P.
4 Servings at 380 calories per serving.
