Gently heat the chocolate, milk and syrup until melted, then remove from the heat and cool. Beat the butter, icing sugar, coffee powder and half the cocoa powder until light and fluffy.
Leave the mixture to set in the fridge for 1 hour and then roll into walnut sized balls and roll in the remaining cocoa powder.
