Which the drippings with enough olive oil to make 3/4 cup. with the motor running , add the oil mixture until smooth.
Avocado Salsa: Combine diced avocados, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 2 tablespoons diced onion, 1/4 cup grape tomatoes, 2 tablespoons minced cilantro. 1 minced jalapeno pepper, and slat and pepper.
Toast the bread, spread the bacon aioli sauce on the bottom piece of bread, then layer the turkey, honey, bacon, onion tomatoes, arugula, avocado salsa, and close with the top part of bread.
