Raw tuna type salad
1. Combine sunflower or pumpkin seeds, lemon juice or apple cider vinegar, miso, and olive oil in food processor and puree to a paste.
2. Add celery, onion, dulse flakes in this order and pulse each ingredient a few times into mixture. Transfer to a bowl and serve immediately.
