Boil Water - Cook the egg noodles - return to pot - take off heat
Prep Rue - Medium Heat melt butter, add flour continue to stir for 2 minutes slowly add the milk 1-1-1/2 cups to 2 cups until it becomes creamy.
Add the chopped Cheese mix until creamy turn heat down to low, or off, add more milk if required
Add the Tuna breaking up into crumbles with your hands.
Add the peas last stirring gently
Combine the cheesy cream/tuna/pea sauce to the egg noodles
The rue and egg noodles take about the same about of time to cook, so it comes together fast. If you end up cooking the noodles first remove from heat and reserve a 1/2 cup of the noodle water the starch will prevent them from sticking together.
