Heat butter in a pan and saute the onion and garlic. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Melt extra butter in the pan, heat until bubbly. Add flour all at once, stir quickly over heat with wooden spoon until smooth. This should only take a few seconds. Continue stirring until mixture bubbles again, boil for about 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Do not allow to burn. Gradually stir in milk over heat, continue stirring over medium heat until sauce boils and thickens. Reduce heat, simmer, stirring for a further 30 seconds.
Return the onion and garlic to the pan and combine well into the white sauce. Then add the grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste, oregano, worcestershire sauce, sour cream and corn kernals. Stir to combine well then add the flaked tuna and the cooked pasta.
Transfer the mixture to a large microwave proof casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika and the extra grated cheese.
Cook in a microwave oven on high for 5 minutes then serve.
