A quick and tasty tuna casserole dish.
Heat oven to 350(F) degrees. Melt butter in large skillet. Add celery, onion, and green pepper. Cook and stir until the onion is tender. Reserve 1/2 cup chow mein noodles, stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour mixture into ungreased 3-quart casserole; sprinkle reserved chow mein noodles over the top. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
Tastes good with mandarin oranges on the side.
