In a food processor pulse the onion, serrano peppers, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, queso cheese, and chicken broth.
Add the tuna to the processor, and pulse a bit more to break up any chunks.
Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, tabasco, salt and pepper, process for about 1 minute till creamy texture. May need to add more chicken broth for a smoother texture.
