Tasty tuna and noodle casserole.
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. In large saucepan, cook noodles according to package directions then drain and return noodles to pan.
3. For souce, in medium saucepan, cook celery and onion in hot butter until tender.
4. Stir in flour, mustard, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
5. Add milk all at once.
6. Cook and stir until slightly thickened and bubbly whisking to remove any lumps.
7. Gently fold sauce, tuna, and peppers into noodles.
8. Transfer to lightly greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
9. Top with chips.
10. Bake, uncovered, 30-35 minutes or until heated throughout.
11. Let stand 5 minutes.
