1. Pre-heat the oven for 350 degrees. Cook egg noodles, drain, and set aside.
2. Mix tuna, cream of mushroom soup, and frozen sweet peas in a bowl. Add the noodles last and gently blend well.
3. Spray your casserole dish 9x13 with a non-stick spray. Spread the mix evenly in the dish. Lightly cover in foil. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
4. Remove from oven. Add the potato chip crumbs over the casserole. Let sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
Blend the creme of mushroom soup, tuna, and peas very well before adding the noodles. Use tuna packed in water. Canned chicken can replace the tuna. Some nights we change the topping for a variety: Parmesan cheese, Italian bread crumbs, other types of chips, etc.
