Quick and easy prep tuna noodle casserole
Preheat oven to 350°
In a medium saucepan, stir together tuna, mayonnaise, flour, onion and mustard.
Gradually stir in milk.
Cook over medium hear, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens (about 3 or 4 minutes).
Gradually stir in cheese.
Add uncooked egg noodles and mix thoroughly.
Turn into a greased or sprayed rectangular casserole (11x7 works best or 13x11 for doubled recipe).
Sprinkle bread crumbs over top (more bread crumbs can be used).
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or desired doneness.
Remove from oven and let sit for 2 minutes.
Cut into desired portion size and serve.
If you like it dry, add more bread crumbs to the top and bake for almost 40 minutes. The portions will be come out easier and be firm enough to stand up on your plate.
