1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Melt butter over medium low heat. Saute mushrooms until tender.
3. Stir in flour until smooth.
4. Remove from heat and stir in broth and milk a little at a time. Stir in salt.
5. Put tuna into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and break up chunks. Mix in peas, cooked macaroni, and dried onion. Pour sauce over the top and stir everything well. Bake for 30 minutes.
