Reserve 1/4 cup of bread crumbs for breading the outside of the patty.
Mix 25 ounces of Tuna, 1 cup of bread crumbs, 2 eggs, and 1/2 cup of mayonnaise.
Place reserved bread crumbs onto a plate.
Heat Canola oil in a pan.
Form mixture into 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick patties and coat patties in the bread crumbs by laying them on the plate with the crumbs, flip and set into your pan with heated canola oil.
Cook in pan for 3-4 minutes per side.
