Cook peas or beans in microwave
Melt butter in pan and add flour
Cook 1-2 minutes without browning
Gradually add milk, stirring until sauce boils
Add stock, tuna, peas or beans and season with salt and pepper
Place mixture in a medium sized casserole dish
Spoon mashed potato across top
Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 20-30 minutes until heated through
