1. Cook rice according to instructions
2. Preheat oven to 350 F
3. Mix Cheese soup, sour cream, milk, white wine, peas and tuna in a large bowl. Add rice and mix thoroughly.
4. Pour into a 13 x 9 inch casserole dish and cook for 1 hr 10 mins
Optional: 15 minutes before removing from oven, add a crunchy topping (fried onions, crushed potato chips or crackers, mashed potatoes, etc.)
