In a large saucepan, saute onions in some olive oil until soft; add garlic to wilt. Add all four cans of tuna and stir to break up chunks. Stir in mayo until any lumps are dissolved. Stir in milk. Set to simmer. Add seasonings to taste.
Cook rotini and drain, but don't rinse. Return to cooking pot. Add Tuna Stuff and stir to combine.
