Whizz bread to crumbs then whizz half the Sweetcorn until finely chopped - tip into a bowl
Add the remaining corn, tuna, cheese, spring onions and seasoning and mix well
Add the egg bit by bit until the mixture is sticky enough to form into 4 burgers
Heat the oil in a non stick pan and cook the burgers for 5 minutes on each side until golden and heated through
Serve on wholemeal buns with lettuce and salsa
