Suggest a better descriptionBring a large pan of salted water to the boil and add a tablespoon of olive oil to prevent pasta from sticking. Add pasta twists, bring back to the boil and simmer for about 10-12 min or al dente. Drain. Meanwhile, heat the remaining oil and butter in a saucepan and add the garlic and mushrooms.
