Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 350F. Cut slice from top of bread loaf, remove center, leaving 1/2" shell. Lightly brush inside shell and top with dressing. Fill shell with spinach, 1/2 cup cheese, onion, turkey, tomato, cucumber and remaining cheese. Cover top with previously sliced off top, wrap in foil. Bake for 45 minutes.
