Suggest a better description1. cook quinoa according to pkg directions and let cool.
2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. spray 9x13 pan.
3. Squeeze finely chopped zucchini dry and place in large bowl with egg whites, 1/4 cup bbq sauce , sage, salt and pepper.
4. Add turkey and quinoa and mix well.
5. Shape into loaves and place in greased 9x13 pan.
6. Stir together 1/4 cup bbq sauce and mustard and top loaves.
7. Bake approx. 30-35min. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
