This is my favorite go to egg scramble breakfast. Great for getting protein and veggies in the morning...or evening.
Saute onion, mushrooms, and turkey sausage until tender. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Add eggs to veggie mixture and scramble. Top with cheese.
