Mom's recipe
Cook insides of turkey and turkey legs. Save the broth . Chop up all but the heart and liver. Chop the chives, celery, bell peppers, pecans, almonds and raisins. Sautee all together with stick of butter and add teaspoon of ground cloves, nutmeg and pepper to your liking. Add broth.
Once cornbread baked, cut into small squares. Mix with the Stove Top turkey mix. Add the turkey legs mix to the cornbread. Place in baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350. Poke holes on turkey. Place the whole cloves in each hole. Get ground clove and rub the inside of turkey. Place in oven for duration as indicated on turkey tag. Bathe the turkey every hour with a stick of butter.
