Heat au jus until hot. remove from heat and place turkey slices in au jus, heating more if necessary. In a small bowl mix mayo, poultry seasoning, onion, and salt and pepper to taste. Sllice cibatta rolls and wrap in kitchen towel, microwave 15 seconds, (They should be barely warm). Spread mayo mixture evenly between the sliced rolls, Put one lettuse leaf on each sandwich. Add hot sliced turkey, cover with top of roll and slice in half. Pour hot au jus into medium pyrex bowls, about 1/2 cup/person. Serve immediately.
