Healthier way to eat fried cabbage, the whole family will love!
Fry turkey bacon & onions until bacon is to your liking. Keep any juice in the pan add Olive Oil if needed.
Add cabbage, reduce to simmer cover and cook for 20-30 minutes or until cabbage is tender
Add tomatoes at the very end
Serve Hot
Salt & Pepper to taste
Seasoning is really dependent on the person. We use Mrs. Dash salt free products and change it up sometimes. Do not cut cabbage too small or it will shrivel up.
