preheat oven to 350
Place turkey in deep dish baker with thermometer in deepest part of turkey.
place potatoes around turkey
Combine wine and Garlic and poor over turkey and potatoes
Sprinkle seasoning over all
Cover with Baking bowl and bake 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 hours until thermometer reads 170F.
Uncover for the last 15 - 20 min. to allow surface to brown.
Let sit for 5 min before serving.
