Thaw turkey burger and season with garlic salt, parsley, salt, and pepper. Cook on a foreman grill until no longer pink in the center. While those are cooking, heat a skillet with olive oil. Once hot, throw on the broccoli and some garlic salt with parsley. Stir, then cover with lid, reducing heat, for five minutes.
You can serve the turkey burgers with or without a bun. Dipping the turkey burger in barbecue sauce tastes great!
Keep a good eye on the turkey burgers and be sure not to cook them for too long. The longer they cook, the dryer they get.
