Any topping will go well with these tasty burgers. You can skip the bun and serve a patty on top of a grilled portabella mushroom.
Preheat oven to 400(F) degrees. Mix ground turkey, yogurt, soy sauce, lemon juice, and pepper. Form into 8 patties on large baking sheet. Cook 15-20 minutes. During the last minute of baking time, add one slice of cheese to each patty to melt. Serve on wheat buns with favorite toppings.
