Turkey and hash brown casserole.
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Lightly grease a 8" x 12" casserole dish.
3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook hash browns until golden brown.
4. Spread hash browns over bottom and sides of casserole dish to form a crust.
5. In a separate skillet over medium heat and cook turkey until lightly brown.
6. Mix in onion and cook until tender.
7. Place broccoli in a microwave safe bowl and cook in microwave 4-5 minutes on High or until tender.
8. Spread turkey, onion and broccoli over hash browns in the casserole dish.
9. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, pepper and seasoned salt.
10. Pour over casserole.
11. Bake 25 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees or until bubbly.
12. Garnish with chopped tomatoes to serve.
