Pre-heat oven to 350.
In a skillet, saute peppers and scallioins in butter,
Add soup, half-and-half, and wine.
In a large bowl, combine soup turkey, artichoke, bacon, carrots, mozzarella.
Place rice in bottom of pan. Add ingredients on top of rice, then sprinkle with parmesan.
Cover with foil and cook for 40 minutes.
Remove foil and cook for an additional 15 - 20 minutes.
