Saute onions, garlic, green pepper and spices
Add mixture to a crock pot, dutch oven or large cooking pot along with 1 can of chicken broth
Brown turkey and add to pot
Add rotel tomatoes, tomato paste and hot sauce
Bring to a boil and then simmer for 1 hour
Add cheese
