Fast and easy and healthy
Heat 1 tsp butter in a 3 quart sauce pan over high heat. Add the turkey seasoning with salt and pepper. Break up Turkey and cook 2- minutes or until browned. Remove turkey to a bowl.set aside, keep warm. Reduce heat to low, heat other teaspoon of butter, and cook red pepper, onion and celery add garlic until softened 2-3 minutes. Add spices , stirring for a minute. Increase heat to medium high ,add tomatoes , stock and bay leaf. Bring to a boil reduce heat to medium low and simmer uncovered 15 minutes. Add browned turkey and simmer 5 more minutes. Remove bay leaf before serving.
