Spicy and filling!
1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat
2. Add turkey, onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and garlic, cook for five minutes or until turkey is fully browned, stirring frequently.
3. Add the remaining ingredients, simmer uncovered for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
I often use a teaspoon of Trader Joe's Crushed Garlic in place of minced garlic cloves--it tastes the same.
