Fry up turkey mince with some onion, salt and pepper etc any spices
Add carrots until they're tender
Add tin of whole peeled tomatoes and a few tbsps Worcestershire sauce (add to taste)
Cook it down for quite some some, at least 30 mins. Shouldn't be watery.
Add peas towards the end
Steam some cauliflower. Use circa 3/4 of a whole cauliflower. Can also add a potatoe. Mash up once soft. Add butter.
